Returns, Refund, CancellationReturn & Refund Policy
For most items, you have the right to return your goods within 14 days of receiving them. However, this right does not apply to items that have been altered upon request, have missing labels or show signs of being used.
If you wish to return goods using this right, you need to inform us within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please use the product Returns page on this website to inform us of the return and obtain your Returns Number which you must include with the returned item. Alternatively, please call us and we will issue you with a Returns Number.
Goods must be returned to us fully packaged with proof of purchase (receipt or despatch note) and Returns Number. You must take reasonable care of the goods and return them at your own expense.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received it. We will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.
If your item is approved, we will initiate a refund to your payment card. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately and if possible the order will be cancelled.
